How to Make Your Last Name Not Show on Facebook

     Sign into your Facebook account.

     Click the drop-down menu at the top-right corner of the page, next to the "Home" button.

     Select "Account Settings," then click "Name."
   • 4    Change the name listed under "Last" to something else. You can also add your real first and last name to the "Alternate name" option and uncheck "Include this on my profile." This will make it so your name is displayed in your profile without your real last name but people can still search for you using your full name.
